Christine E. Waldron, D.O.
Dr. Waldron earned her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 1997 and her medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001. Dr. Waldron completed her obstetrics and gynecology internship, as well as residency training, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in 2005, where she also served as chief resident. Dr. Waldron is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Waldron who joined Women's Health Care of New England in 2005, is fluent in Spanish and enjoys camping and hiking in her free time.
Alicia Kerr, M.D.
Dr. Kerr received her medical degree from Ohio State University in 1997. She completed her residency at Stamford Hospital in 2001 where she was chief resident in Ob/Gyn. She also had post residency training in obstetrical ultrasound and high-risk obstetrical care. She is an active member with the Connecticut State Medical Society. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. In her leisure time, Dr. Kerr enjoys singing and cooking.
Thomas Ayoub, M.D.

Dr. Ayoub received his undergraduate degree in 1976 from New York University. He earned his medical degree in 1984, then completed his internship at New York University, Bellevue Hospital, where he also completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency training. Dr. Ayoub is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is also certified as a Menopause Practitioner by the North American Menopause Society. He joined the practice of Women's Health Care of New England in 1984 and in his leisure time, he enjoys playing tennis and golf.
Jay Ugol, M.D.
Dr. Ugol received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester in 1978. He earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1982, then completed his four-year obstetrics and gynecology residency training at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and Affiliated Hospitals. Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Dr. Ugol joined Women's Health Care of New England in 1989. In his free time, Dr. Ugol enjoys scuba diving, fishing, boating, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
Deanna DelPrete, D.O.
Dr. DelPrete received her undergraduate degree from Siena College. She earned her medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, New York Institute of Technology in 1990, then completed her internship at the Methodist Hospital and her obstetrics and gynecology residency training at Mount Sinai Hospital, where she was chief resident in Ob/Gyn in her last year. Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. DelPrete joined the practice of Women's Health Care of New England in 1996. In her free time, Dr. DelPrete is an avid equestrian.
Maryam Hedayatzadeh, M.D.
Dr. Hedayatzadeh received her medical degree from Ross University and completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She speaks fluent Spanish and Farsi. In her spare time, Dr. Hedayatzadeh likes to watch movies, read books and spend time with her family.
Dr. Hedayatzadeh is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and is a member of The American Association of Gynecological Laparoscopists.

Christine Diane Dombrowski, BSN, MSN, C.N.M.
Christine D. Dombrowski received her B.S. degree from Wagner College and Master degree in Nursing/Nurse Midwifery from Columbia University. She is a Licensed Nurse Midwife in Connecticut and a certified Lamaze instructor. She is certified by the American College of Nurse Midwives and a member of the North American Menopause Society. She has been associated with the practice since 1988.
Brenda Dunlap, BSN, MSN, WHNP
Brenda Dunlap attended Fairfield University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Brenda worked at Connecticut area hospitals before completing her Masters degree in Nursing at Yale University as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, encompassing both obstetrical and gynecological care. She joined Women's Health Care of New England as a Nurse Practitioner in June 2007.
Nicole Protomastro, BSN, MSN, WHNP
Nicole Protomastro received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Boston College. She worked as a labor & delivery nurse at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston before attending the University of Pennsylvania where she earned her Masters degree in Nursing. She also holds a certificate as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in obstetrical and gynecological care.
